      See the rally crews & their cars close up as they are checked over by officials – this is at Littledown Leisure Centre, just off A338 in Bournemouth (commentary, catering & toilets) - 11.00hrs-16.00hrs.      Adults £4, Children Free


•        Ceremonial Start - Poole
      From 18.15 to 20.00hrs all the cars will be on display on Poole Quay, meet all the rally stars up close & personal and see a Sunseeker Super Yacht;.

SATURDAY 27th FEBRUARY 2010


•        Car Park – ‘A’ - Ringwood South (sponsored by SCF Hardware)
      Two stages: at 09.47hrs & 16.21hrs (catering & toilets)
 Spectator car park entrance at SU 195/118 068, off the B3081 [ BH24 3QE]


•        Car Park – ‘B’ - Ringwood North (sponsored by Visit North Cyprus)
      Two of the longer stages: both over 10 miles; at 10.00hrs & 15.56hrs. 
Spectator car park entrance is off the Alderholt Road, north of Ringwood at SU 195/128 092

      Spectators can get close to the action at Elliott Hire Canford Park Arena, venue for centralised servicing used several times during the day.

      The Ceremonial Finish is at 17.30hrs, in the presence of the Mayor of Bournemouth, in Pier Approach, Bournemouth

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued for any stages that are cancelled, whether in advance or on the day. Refunds equivalent to the price of the ticket, but excluding any postage and packing fees will be issued only if the entire event is cancelled.
DISABLED ACCESS
All spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis
All disabled persons wishing to gain access to car parks will need to display their official disabled Blue Badge in the car
DISPATCH
Tickets and Programmes will be dispatched from 19th February 2010. Tickets will be posted via Royal mail, the cost of which is included in the postage and packing fee.
If tickets are ordered on or after 18th February 2010 we cannot guarantee delivery before customer's departure for the Rally, therefore the order will be refunded
CAR PARKING
Spectators who buy a Forestry Pass can choose their own itinerary including the stages they wish to visit and the car parks they want to use.
Availability at any car park will be on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed. To avoid disappointment, spectators should arrive at their chosen car park in plenty of time as spectators who buy tickets on the day will also be trying to access the car parks.
WARNING TO THE PUBLIC MOTORSPORT CAN BE DANGEROUS

It is a condition of admission that all persons having any connection with the promotion and/or sponsorship and/or organisation and/or conduct of the meeting including the owners of the land and the drivers and owners of the vehicles and passengers in the vehicles are absolved from liability arising out of incidents and/or accidents causing damage or personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise) however caused to spectators or ticket holders and their vehicles and belongings.
The organisers, landowners and promoters advise that due to the uneven terrain of the venues used by the event that it may at times be difficult for spectators and/or their vehicles to move around freely and easily as a result of which they may not be suitable for persons who suffer from certain medical conditions or disabilities and therefore the onus is on the spectator to take all reasonable care. Spectators are advised to wear suitable clothing and footwear.

 
SPECTATOR SAFETY

Don't:

  • Stand on the track
  • Stand below the level of the track
  • Stand in front of arrows or signs
  • Stand in Prohibited Areas
  • Stand or sit on or near log piles, walls or fences
  • Sit close to the edge of the track
  • Block escape routes
  • Be distracted
  • Play games with your safety or that of the drivers
  • Remove Stage signs or arrows
  • Be the one to stop the Stage

Always:

  • Expect the unexpected
  • Listen for approaching cars
  • Remain alert
  • Leave yourself room to move quickly
  • Try to keep behind something solid
  • Keep children under supervision
  • Keep dogs on a lead
  • Do as the Marshals ask
  • Help the Marshals to run a safe Stage

Be Sure That:

  • The unexpected can happen
  • If you ignore Marshals instructions the stage will be stopped
