Rallye Sunseeker Hospitality is a great way to entertain existing and potential customers and to reward your staff for their hard work throughout the year.

For 2008 Rallye Sunseeker has combined with event caterers Smoking Dog and marquee specialist supplier Buchanan Events to provide an outstanding corporate hospitality facility at Somerley Park near Ringwood.

Somerley Park is the main spectator stage for Rallye Sunseeker. As well as hosting two of the special stages of the rally, which is the opening round of the Pirelli MSA Gravel Rally Championship it also hosts Motorfair.

Motorfair includes trade and retail stands and static display from one make car clubs in the area, together with the opportunity to take a ride in a rally car.

The Rallye Sunseeker Hospitality marquee is located just metres from the action at the best viewing point on the special stage.

On arrival guests will enjoy coffee and pastries before the first of the special stages sponsored by Turbo Dynamics.

With the first special stage complete guests will be able to watch the demonstration runs by the Metro 6R4s and tour the display stands at Motorfair.

The lunch menu is:

Freshly cooked pasta with a blue cheese, spinach and cream sauce

Chicken with green beans and basil

Baked salmon with green pesto

Hot new potatoes with butter

  Savoy cabbage with sour cream

 Mixed Continental salad leaves

 Beetroot and feta salad

 Selection of breads and butter

 Pear and almond tart

 Coffee

After lunch the on stage action starts again, this time with the competitors travelling in the opposite direction.

As the day winds down guests can enjoy afternoon tea, with a selection of sandwiches and cakes.
