
Stalybridge driver Alex Allingham, co driven by Mark Glennerster will compete on the Rallye Sunseeker for the first time in 2010. Stepping up to the ANCRO Championship, the BTRDA N4 champion is looking forward to the challenge of longer events and the chance to compete alongside the countries best drivers in WRC and GPN cars. The Hankook backed driver speaking to Rallye Sunseeker said, "Its the first ANCRO event for me so I am looking forward to challenge and I have heard that the Sunseeker is such a well run event we are really looking forward to it. The added bonus of £ 1000 and the Richard Burns trophy is a great incentive to Group N competitors like my self to come down to Bournemouth and give it a go" Following on he added, The other thing is we have just heard about the invite to Goodwood for the winners of the Production Cup to compete on the Rally Stage, and I mean to go there would be something else..."
This year as well as concentrating on the ANCRO Championship, they have plans to enter Rally GB, in their ex-Prodrive Subaru, and are hopeful that some of their colleagues from the BTRDA will goin them on this years ANCRO campaign.

Co-Driver Mark Glennerster went on to say "Yes its a step up for us, but we want to try different events and championships and the format of the Championship this year suits the way we want to go Rallying. We have both heard good reports about Rallye Sunseeker, and we are really looking forward to getting into the forests in the South of England come February"
